After making and saving a plan to do the mission, it crashed on start-up and now crashes everytime I try to play Operation Blue Sky, every other mission works fine.

VOICECOMPRESSION: Could not find an appropriate Voxware CODEC
Rainbow Six was not able to initialize the Voxware voice compression
engine; make sure Rainbow Six is correctly installed on your machine
EDIT: Turns out this was due to a corrupted plan file.
I went to \Tom Clancys Rainbow Six\data\save\camp0000 and deleted the milestone plan. (Forget the file name for it.)
