The screen sticks in different places, i can still move to other screens but it won't travel with me, I've tried reinstalling and deleting my saves.
Any suggestions will be appreciated

Do you have a screenshot? If you're talking about the areas that I'm thinking of, then I also found those spots where the screen wouldn't change, but I don't know whether this is actually a bug. As far as I could tell, those screens didn't lead to new areas but were parts of the map that the developers didn't expect you to get to, because they are dead-ends that weren't made impassable.

Here for example I'm on the screen to the left. If I go right it will show the left screen that i just left....odd.

oh... in taking that screen shot I've found that it will reset the screen if i go to menu and back. it will still bug out when i travel back again tho.

That's definitely a bug, yeah. When you're moving to a new screen and it doesn't scroll, try bringing up the map while there (spacebar). I've read that that fixes it for most. If that doesn't work then while there try pressing the pause/menu button.
