Hi,

If i try to delete the savegames the game hangs. Also some savegames are always corrupt.
OS: Ubuntu 18.04.3.
RREmpire: 1.11

Can confirm on Arch Linux.
I had to kill the game and I got a bunch of corrupted save games from that.

I hope this gets fixed, especially because of the savegame corruption issue.
I recommend to delete saves manually from the filesystem until then.
The saves are in "~/Kalypso Media" where they really shouldn't be. It is no harder to follow the XDG standard.

I can also confirm the hang on Gentoo Linux.
If the saved game is removed, it will hang with
"please wait" message and the game will never
return to main menu.

Confirmed here as well, on Linux Mint.
- Game hangs on deleting a saved game.
- Sometimes the game creates save game files that the game cannot load.
