again we are still waiting for the 1.14.2 Patch for Linux. Are there any plans to relase this version?

I had to contact Kalypso Media directly to get this resolved. It took several months for them, and/or GoG to update it, but as of this morning version 1.14.2 is now available on GoG. I just downloaded it, but have not tried it yet.

For GoG, if you are reading this... This is one of many reasons I no longer buy games from you. With Steam I have yet to have these sort of issues.
