Hi guys.

I've been watching that game for a while now as an easier alternative for Train/Transport Fever (for evenings I don't want to think/plan too much). From what I've seen that game definitely fits that bill.

But there's a question I nowhere found an answer to: is there any kind of end-date or could you (theoretically) play a map endlessly? In the description it says years 1830-1930. So does the game stop in 1930? Or in 1980? Or could you keep on playing a map as long as you want, just with no further technologies beyond 1930?

That's a key point for me and I hope, you guys could answer me this.

Thanks in advance and enjoy playing :)

I´ts like you say, The period of the game goes from 1830 to 1930 (Gold age of Steam locomotive) and the development of technology goes up 1930, but you can play a map indefinitely

A greeting

Why not? The game is not as bad as everyone says. At least I enjoyed playing it more, than I expected.

I just hate that I missed the first special price on it... And knowing Kalypso, there will be too many DLCs to pay and sooner or later there will be discounts on the game and a complete package with everything.

On the other Hand, I wanna play it now... Dammit. :)

Depends on what kind of DLCs. If it's mostly additional map and/or scenarios, then it's not big deal.
