The game downloads fine, but it hangs on "moving" - sometimes at 20%, sometimes at 50%, one time at 100%. Now at 99.7%. And then in the end, after a long while, a pop-up says

"Installer execution failed for the game", then it says "installadion failed: configuration error" on the main gog galaxy-page for the game.

I've tried verify and repair, and deleting and re-downloading several times - but I get the same issue every time.

I don't have an answer for you. I just have a long-shot suggestion. Have you taken this issue to a Windows forum? Maybe someone there can help you figure it out if you haven't already done so.
