I'm spending some time with Raiden Fighters (and trying to dust off my shmup skills... it's not going well), and after playing about 20 rounds, after a Game Over, a screen came up saying "You unlocked an achievement -- "Noob" +10 points." (Sorry for the lack of a screen grab.)

Has anyone else seen any sort of achievements?

(I really wish the game was better documented, and at least saved your high scores to a leaderboard or something. And I'd kill for another credit or two...)

I never liked the Achievements system and I actually hate a lot more now since it seems to be an excuse not to have cheats or infinite continues.

Also got this 'achievement' now, there doesn't seem to be any way to look them up for now.
