Simple fix

Open file hardware_settings_restrictions.xml with notepad. Found in ...\Race Driver Grid\system\

scroll down to the bottom and delete line

res mem="270" maxWidth="1280"
</data>

Thanks! Fixed my issue when I upgraded my video card to an R9 280. Alternatively, instead of deleting the lines, they can be commented out with <!-- -->, since it's just an xml file.
