I've just spent the better part of an hour trying to get this game to run. Reminded me of the old days of configuring the sound card and what not.
I finally stumbled upon the support comments under the Galaxy menu and used the "-novirtual" in the target field.
I worked!!
However it still will NOT launch through Galaxy. I have to pin the shortcut to the desktop.
Hopefully this will help someone else and save some time and headache.
