Hello, I'm trying to get quest for glory 5 to run on my Mac, and I'd heard that winebottler was a way to do so. I've installed it and fooled around with it, but have no idea what I'm doing. Are there any other Mac users out there who could give me some guidance?

Winebottler is a fairly obsolete version of WINE on OS X (last I checked); I'd recommend Wineskin as it's a far superior distribution of WINE for the Mac, and much easier to use. As for Quest for Glory V, I've gotten it to work on my Mac (OS X 10.7.5, 2010 MacBook Air) quite easily, though the game needs a virtual desktop enabled to work when running in Lion. I haven't tested it on Snow Leopard yet, but I'm 99% certain that it should work perfectly in full screen on 10.6.x.

Okay, so now I don't know how to uninstall winebottler. What should I do with wine skin? How does it work?
My question is how can you separate QFG5 from the GOG bundle/installer and get it set up to run with something like Wineskin or Crossover?
I am trying to get QFQ 5 to run with CrossOver (OS X 10.9.4). The game works like a charm, BUT the video sequences are not playing properly, the audio track works, just no moving images to go with them. Has anybody else found a way to get it to run properly?
