So I am stuck on the quest for Julanar and I think it is bugged. I talked to Aziza and got all the info I needed about her. I gave her water, nothing happened. gave her earth, nothing happened. I tried talking to the tree and telling about myself and the earth but it kept saying I was stumbling over my words and to come back after I get over my speech impediment. I hugged the tree and said her name. Absolutely nothing happened. What am I doing wrong and what am I missing? I have talked to everyone in the city to try to fix the "speech impediment" but nothing works. Someone please help.

Ok, so first of all, you need to have defeated the Earth Elemental first (so day 11 if I recall correctly? Something like that.).
First command is "Give Water", which should have you watering the tree. Next command is "Tell about yourself", which should have you talking to the tree. If you get a "You stumble upon your words", then it probably means your communication skill is too low. Spend a few hours talking to everyone ("Greet" should work as I recall). If the talking was successful, Julanar should turn to face you.
Third command is "give earth", which should have you using the earth elemental as fertilizer.
Fourth command is "Tell about earth elemental", which you would explain your actions. If the command is successful, Julanar should grow leaves.
Fifth command is "Hug", followed by "Julanar" (or "Fruit of Pomegranate" as I recall, that also seemed to work", after which the Fruit of Compassion should grow.

Two reasons I can think of you failing the tell about commands are either too low communication skill or not having talked to the Apothecary about the Dispel Potion, but I think knowledge of the Dispel Potion isn't needed.
