I couldn't earn the points using the poison dagger on the Dragon in Quest for Glory 5 back in 1998 and here I am in 2017 and STILL can't earn them. I've tried wielding it and throwing it, either when the Dragon is still bound, when it is unbound but hasn't yet flown across the lava river, AND after it flies across the lava. Can anyone confirm that you can actually get points for using the poison dagger on the dragon?

Could you post a video if you've had success?

I don't think anybody's ever gotten that deed.

I'm guessing what happens is, whatever is supposed to check that you used the poison dagger on the dragon fails because the dagger *immediately* reverts to a normal dagger.

To make things more frustrating, even if you have two (and you will have two) at this point, using one turns the *other* into a normal dagger as well.

Urgh.
