Just wanted to report this as an issue in QFG5. Had Windows 10 installed on my Dell Precision M6500 for testing purposes and loaded up QFG5. Worked fine except I was unable to remap keys in the Keyboard menu and the Sneak button (K) did not work. I did try running the game in Windows XP Compatibility mode.
Also, I'm fairly sure nighttime during the game did not turn dark for some odd reason, it was always full brightness in the game

I formatted the machine and installed Windows 7, game then worked flawlessly.

Once I renamed the data\Qgm folder the game runs fine under Win10x64, no compatibility options set.
