Title, has anyone have a suggestion on cpu cycles that will make the combat work on normal speed?

Most ppl I've talked to run the games with 10k or 15k cycles. I run mine at 20k just cause I can't stand long load times between screens. Make sure you've got the NewRisingSun patches installed to fix cpu cycle related issues with animation speed.
