I've heard that flirting with the welcome woman at the inn will disqualify fighters from becoming paladins (which would be understandable, since doing this enough times reveals her to be a married woman). Is this true?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe flirting with Janna lowers your honor, but doesn't flat out disqualify you from becoming a Paladin.
