Hi all, I get this problem when I play in window mode.

When I access the menu for running / sneaking / sleeping, etc, the menu disappears as soon as I move the mouse. This only happens in windowed mode, it works in full screen mode.

If anyone has encountered the same issue or could help me out, I'd appreciate it, thanks.

It's happening because the mouse isn't locked to the window. You can either navigate the menu with the arrow keys (I think), or you can open dosboxQG1.conf with Notepad or Wordpad and change false to true for autolock in the first set of settings.
