EDIT 2: Nevermind - I solved it. If anyone has the same problem, you can fix it by deleting the ScummVM configuration file. To find it, press Start+R (run) and type %appdata%, go to ScummVM, and delete scummvm.ini. Note that You'll lose all configuration and you'll have to add all the games to ScummVM again.

When I started playing, the sound worked fine. After awhile I noticed it stopped. I made sure that the sound is on both in windows and in game (I though I might've pressed a button that muted the game), and then I tried setting the volume. I noticed that the volume was set to 1, so I set it to 16 but it didn't change anything. When I checked again it was back on 1. I tried all values between 1-16 but it always stays on 1. I tried to run it on Dosbox and it worked fine. I really like to play using ScummVM and would appreciate any help getting it to work properly again.

Edit: forgot to mention that none of my other ScummVM games have this problem. Including QFG1 EGA.
