Is there a way to change the graphical settings for QfG V, such as its resolution?

At release the game only supported 640x480 resolution, so I doubt it. Sorry.

Even if you could change the resolution you'd end up stretching the game out. Trust me, it looks better how it is. The fewer details you can make out the more your imagination inserts them.
