It seems Quake3e is a more recently updated port based on ioQuake3, but can't find any explanation of which latest version to download at github.com/ec-/Quake3e/releases

quake3e-windows-mingw-x86_64.zip, quake3e-windows-msvc-arm64.zip, or quake3e-windows-msvc-x86_64.zip
All three of those contain similar Quake3e.x64.exes. Guessing the correct one would be either msvc or mingw without arm.
