Extract the ZIP file in the baseq3 folder. You can change to HD resolutions with the following console-commands:

Lol, all I can see are the models and icons are "enhanced" with that ugly HQ3x filter.

I recreate all of the icons and never use anything like an "ugly HQ3x filter". Compare the files... ;)
