Any Fix for this ERROR, I download the Vulcan-1.DLL and put it in the game Folder, but it still has errors.

Vulkan-1.dll means your graphics card driver is missing support for Vulkan, you can't just simply download a graphics API.
Vulkan is required for the remaster, make sure your graphics card drivers are fully up to date.
