Lifeisstrange74: Technically, yes it does. GLQuake was designed for GL graphics cards (it also supported MiniGL/Glide). Though you'd be better off NOT using nGlide as now our computers are fast enough for higher resolutions (Download GLQuake 0.98 beta for FOV changing on 16:9) and nGlide, like 3DFx, does not support 32-bit color, which CAN cause issues on modern systems.
My recommended setup.
GLQuake 0.98.
Launch options -bpp 32 -width (your screen res) -height (your screen res)
nGlide actually forces 32 bit, despite the game having 16 bit mode selected.
