Or do I still need to manually tweak it myself. Kinda the main thing that sold me on GoG years ago was they took old games and fixed it so we didn't have to do these tweaks our self's but seems more and more recently that's not becoming the case any longer.

Never said it was hard. It's annoying and something that should have been fixed when GoG started selling it. They used to do fixes like this back in the day but ever since they started selling more modern titles they stopped doing this for older games.
