Is this still the non updated version of the game? If yes, since apparently it is the developer who chooses not to update it, whose decision was to have this game on sale? GOG's or the developers? Whose decision is to sell this game, and on sale to attract more sales, while it is obviously abandoned and in terrible condition?

If the game has received the latest patches, ignore that.
