Spooky scary greetings!
Folks, we are still totally blown away by the overwhelmingly positive feedback we received since the launch of the game – and the constructive suggestions, of course. So, this new update for Pumpkin Jack (1.3.8) is mainly based on the feedback we received from the community!
And this is what the new update brings to all of you:
- Added a FOV parameter to the video options
- Added HDR support to the video options (only effective for HDR compatible displays)
- Added Portuguese - Brazil language to Pumpkin Jack
- Added a new timer mode for speedrunner: The full game timer
- This mode enables you to have a timer that takes previous levels in considerations, and give a clean timer for completing the full game from A to Z
- When this mode is enabled, ending a level will put you at the beginning of the next one, no matter if you had a save in this level or not
- Fixed the speedrun timer look
- Fixed a bug where the timer was still counting during mini-game cutscenes
- Fixed a bug where the continue button was loading the final boss scene, even if there was no save in level 6
- Fixed a bug where opening level 6 from the level selector was opening the final boss scene, even if it was already done. This was blocking people from replaying the level 6 for collection purpose.
