I played Psychonauts 2 all on ~high with Vega 8. Framerate was about 15-20fps.
With only setting Lighting from "very high" to "medium" I got a hugh perfomance boost to about 27-30fps. With (almost) no visible negative effects.
If you set to low, game will look more bad but with no further performance, so medium is ideal setting.
