Hello everyone. I'm trying to play Psychonauts with my XBox One controller, but it is not working while it works with almost any other game I play. The game detects and recognizes I am using a controller, however, the buttons are mapped wrong. I can't hit A to jump or accept, instead I have to hit B, and X cancels things instead of B, and hitting the start button has the effect of hitting the left bumper. Additionally, my right stick does not work, and the left and right triggers respectively turn the camera. I would just remap the functions around in the bindings, but I'm using the PsychoPad mod to add Xbox button prompts to the game, and I can't change those. So when the game would prompt me to hit B, I would then have to hit A, which is the same problem I have now, only mirrored. I loved this game to death on my PS2 and haven't played in years, so getting to replay it now is quite important to me.
As I said, my XBox One controller works well in other games. I assumed it would be identical in process to using an Xbox 360 controller since they both have official drivers and both use XInput. Thank you for any help.
