This is killing me. You can't map the Xbox 360 wireless controller's triggers to anything in the game. When I played this game originally on my old Xbox, the triggers were the goto buttons for psi powers, and I just can't adapt to life without them :)

I've done some cursory internet archaeology and apparently this was a known problem, but people got around it with 3rd party tools like xpadder (which upon investigating apparently doesn't work on windows 7...?)

Any tips on how to get this to work? (cuz I can't face the meat circus again without triggers at the ready)

Thx.

There are some alternatives to xpadder you could try, such as Joy2Key:

Hopefully that will work. Post back if it doesn't.

I gave Joy2Key a try briefly, but when it didn't detect my controller, I didn't really give it much effort to try to fix it.

Good news however is I managed to get Xpadder to work using compatibility mode (...duh >< ) and now I have my glorious triggers for target lock & levitation!

So it seems like either Joy2Key or Xpadder will get you around this issue (though I didn't give Joy2Key that much of a try)

Here's the download link I used for Xpadder: http://www.softpedia.com/dyn-postdownload.php?p=45445&t=4&i=1
