There is a Mac build of the game on Gog. if you buy Psychonauts on Gog then you get both the Windows Version and the Mac version. on the 'my Games' section of gog go onto the game of your choice (in this case Psychonauts) and In the drop down menu which appears ( or to the side if you have it set as list) there should be the option there to download the Mac version of the game. just look for the little apple :P.
