Hi there, I'm having issues with my audio stuttering. Everywhere I've tried look seems to point to openAL.dll related, but the links for any supposed fix are broken.

One forum post mentioned downloading openal 2.0, but that was the same link for openAL32.dll, which I needed to fix Hotline Miami. I have an openAL32.dll file in my Psychonauts folder, but the fix for Hotline Miami didn't help psychonauts.

Does anyone know of a new link or fix to this stuttering issue?

You could try installing OpenAL on your system and deleting the .dll-file from the game's folder (make a backup). If it's missing in the folder, Psychonaut is probably using the system installed version.

GOG support provides a download for OpenAL.

If this doesn't work, find the new installed OpenAL32.dll (probably in C:\Windows\System32), copy it to the game's folder and make sure to name it exactly like the original OpenAL that came with the game (can't remember right now if it was openAL.dll or OpenAL32.dll).
