Where are the save game files located? I tried using a save game editor to add some more arrowheads (can't get cheat to work) but I can't find the save game file anywhere. I'm using Windows 7 64bit.

Have you looked in

C:\Users\<yourusername>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\Psychonauts.

The AppData folder may be hidden by default. If so, you have to go into folder options and tick the box for 'show hidden files, folders and drives'.
