I build a perfect wall around my compound, no holes, doors or windows, and three days later I got back from savaging and some zed was wandering between the two walls. I checked, double checked, and triple checked and THERE WERE NO GAPS either by myself or by him and his friends.

BEWARE! These zombies can evidently teleport! :P
Check the corners for gaps. You'll find a wooden pillar in the crafting menu -- just hover it over the edges of the walls and see if it'll let you place it. Chances are there's just a gap in the corner. :P

Hopefully that can be fixed at some point so they don't incorrectly flag it as a way in.

Will do! :D

BTW, greatest game ever.

Well....after Diablo 2. :P

And it worked.
I don't know if it needs to be fixed, adds to the realism especially the aspect of someone not being a very good carpenter. If I was to build a wall IRL I would seriously have to worry about whatever getting through the gaps. If you have anything to do with the official Wiki you might want to mention it in there, but I don't see the need to change it programing wise.
