Steam has been updated to version 40.36, is there an ETA for the GOG to get the same update?
I'm also curious what the time frame is between releases on Steam vs GoG. I was hoping to play with a friend, but the version mismatch stopped us.
Same issue here, Steam is version 40.36 and GoG is showing 40.31 and I cannot play with friends on a non-steam server :(

typically two weeks for this game.

That sucks but there are some titles here where the gap is months, even years.

I honestly don't know how you MP this game. My base is hard enough to protect from zombies, and they can't climb ropes! :P

hmm they could fix this buy doing it like PUBG does. have a test installation of the game that is more up to date and expimental, and a full release version that ties in with gog.com release so as to keep the (presumably limited) playerbase together without having to have steam users rollback or withhold updates if they have gog.com friends.

i would like it, with proof of gog.com purchase, if i could buy the steam version at a heavy discount.
