Hi,

With the steam version it is possible to run a server on a different port than default one (and thus run multiple servers on the same machine).
With the GoG version this does not appear to work (or no longer work) with 40.30 version.
I properly edited the config file and set a different port but the server appears to try to run on the defualt port anyway and thus fails to start if another server is already running on that port.

Does anyone confirm this issue or have a work around ?

Hello,

To edit the server configuration it's easier to go through the game: host --> change server settings --> details --> default port and here you can change your port.

then close everything and restart the server with the new configuration and in theory it works.

thank you but im running it as a dedicated server e.g. using a batch script to launch server. It simply ignores the port set in config file. A similar setup works just fine with steam files so I know its not me not editing properly the config file.
Ok sorry i can't help you. I only use the server files in the game folder. I don't know what you use for your server. You may can share your file in case someone can check it

Oui :)
