Hi, is there a way to host a Zomboid server on centOS 7 VPN with the game I bought from GOG ? I know there are lots of guides on STEAM, but only one on GOG, but it's localhost.

Is there a way? Yes. I don't own it so no step by step. Can't you just adapt the localhost guide? It depends on what VPN software & how you configured it, but you will likely want to bind the PZ server to either the local VPN IP or the server's LAN IP.
