i have project zomboid v38.8 and i installed a mod but when i press on the mods button in the main screen the game stuck and not responding.
>> so is there a way to solve this issue or just enable the mod out of game like modifying some files to make it enabled <<

Current Zomboid in GOG is 37,14. So buying the game might fix your issue.
