Exactly! I bought the Windows version few years ago, so I could theoretically use GOG Galaxy, but I won't. I want the offline installers. I really hope that holidays are over now and they will finally appear.

Don't know if GOG or Indie Stone has to provide them. When it is the latter then they are clearly show that they prefer collecting data via Steam and similar data leeching trojans and don't care about their other players.

The main reason I buy from GOG is because, unlike steam, I get from time to time even Games with Linux native clients.
While I would not mind a Linux version of Galaxy (even without Proton but steam ruined that Linux native market pretty much) I refuse to install Galaxy using WINE, and the "offline" Installers are for sure the preferred option.

Don't know about GOG but my holidays are over now, which means I have way less time for b42 now as I would liked to have. tbh a little bit frustrating but can't be helped anymore.

It's been three weeks and there is still no Linux build 42 beta download available. Are you guys ever going to release this? I'm starting to think you don't really care about your Linux players...

Can you ask what has gone wrong, failed upload or do they miss something, please?
Because, as I got offline installer updates for several other games since, something has to be clearly gone wrong here?

If GOG has updated installers for other games then I suspect something was overlooked by the PZ devs.

Edit: If anyone here uses the Project Zomboid forums it would probably be a good idea to post about this there. I don't have an account myself.

I posted the question over on The Indie Stone, but it says it needs to be approved. We will see if there is any response.

Is it common for games to post unstable beta files on the offline installer page?
If I had to guess, they will only be posted once build 42 leaves the unstable stage.

It was with b41 at least for PZ, if you (bought the game and) switch to the linux installer page you can still download the "Project Zomboid Linux Beta Unstable 41.71" in addition to the stable 41.78.16 and even Beta 41.66 not named unstable. But b42 nowhere to be seen. :(

Wow, had no idea. Hopefully they post B42 up soon for you all.

Thanks, I'm hoping this is just a simple oversight and that once the indie devs know about it that we'll get the updated installer here.

There was a post a couple days ago (16th) on the IndieStone forums, that 42 on Mac doesn't really work well at the moment, but they are "hard at work" on getting things going. There were a couple screenshots from the Steam version with black maps/outlines.
