Hi,

I'm trying to launch Project Zomboid Build 42 (42.0.2) on GOG and I get an error message saying "Steam must be running to play this game.". I'm on MacOS Sequoia 15.0.

If it is similiar to "the old days", and like in the linux version, that should be solved by editing the file 'ProjectZomboid64.json' which should reside in your Zomboid installation folder (Project Zomboid/game/projectzomboid/ProjectZomboid64.json (path on linux, don't know if it's different on Mac))

Like this:

I managed to get the game running by creating a custom executable with custom arguments (-nosteam). However the game looks very glitchy and crashes instantly, see attachment for clarification.
