Anyone else experiencing C++ problems with version 2.1.1a?

It keeps wanting to install the following. Then runs and fails saying this software needs C++ runtime.

Earlier versions worked fine.

Manually installing vcrun 2012, 2013, and 2019 fixed the problem.

Short answer, the installer is broken for the offline files. The old installers for earlier versions do not have this problem.

Note I tried multiple uninstalls and reinstalls. Same problem.

Update: vcrun2019 is all that is required. 2012 and 2013 are not required.
