If you install this to a clean system, it will fail to function due to missing vcrun2019 installation. Previous offline installers did not have this problem.

A workaround for this problem will be to install vcrun2019: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170

Please fix the installers.
