Hi, im looking for the save location on windows 10

I hit new game when i wanted to continue and i want to see if i can do something about it with autosaves or w/e. :(

Unfortunately you can't recover your save at this point, but the save data is located in the registry. If you want to find it, open RegEdit and find HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Buckshot Software\Project Warlock

The same thing happened to me. I just wanted to skip the logo with sapcebar, hit it twice in the exact wrong second and bam... I was almost in the last episode.

Is there anyway to maybe edit a savegame? I still know my exact stats. If I could somehow edit my savegame/file/entry myself, I could recreate it. I love the game, I just don't want to start all over again.

Actually, by fiddling around in the Registry, thankfully most of the stuff is clearly named, I managed to restore my savegame with thelp help of a binary/decimal converter. Not 100% sure what my accounts were, but all the stats, spells, upgrades etc. I have again and I amanged to at least unlocked Episode 4 right away.

Thanks JokingJames2, you helped me out a ton where the guy behind the game would just ignore me on Twitter (while still finding the time to answer to praise).

Can you give me a few hints what I have to look out for? My stats seem intact, but the savegame itself seems deactivated somehow.

I realized that the game now saves to a file folder instead of the registry. Somehow my intact savegame from the registry didn't get transferred to that new save style. Maybe because I skipped some updated version in between?

Is there anyway to convert my registry save to the new savegame style? I would really like to continue my progress instead of starting all over again.
