So, while playing the game, I've tried to tweak the controls to best suit my preferences. In the course of doing, I've swapped several of the options, like the crosshairs and Y-lock. As near as I can tell, the buttons do nothing. Turning on and off the switch has no effect on the ( absence of ) crosshairs, Y remains unlocked no matter what I do, etc. Is there some confirmation button you are required to press in the menu to confirm changes, and if so, where is it?

Probably unrelated, but is the chapter select in the workshop supposed to lock itself once you've picked a given chapter? Or are you supposed to be able to switch to a different chapter in the current act if you have trouble with one of them? Because I can't actually change where the portal goes to, even if I head back to the workshop.
