How do I fix this, menus are unreadable.

Why does it have letterbox? What is your intended resolution?
The image is 1920x1080p

In graphics settings, on the right side, there is a sharpness slider? Possibly you moved that to -1?

My PC is 1080p, I changed the resolution and that fixed it.
