Hello there! I've been able to play this game without issue (except for the mouse deadzone/sensitivity issue which I have found a fix for), but after a PC upgrade, I realize that no matter my settings, I'm getting instances of frame rate chop at certain moments, which seems to relate to my camera turning in certain directions in certain parts of stages.
This will take some moments to load, but here is an example of this phenomena. Never had this before, and naturally it isn't a matter of the hardware being unable to render Project Eden.
https://puu.sh/KeNAJ.mp4 It's subtle, but you can notice it here. What you see is exactly what it looks like playing, the recorder doesn't remove frames. I've tried toggling the graphics setting from hardware to software, turning off the only two applicable overlays, (Steam+Discord), and it didn't do anything.
My hardware:
OS: Windows 10 (64-bit)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 Super (8GB VRAM)
CPU: Intel Core i7 9700K
RAM: 32GB DDR4
