LiqMat: The file download I am referring to is listed in the offline installer area called "MIDI Soundtrack 1.0.0.3" under "DLC Installers". The file is "setup_prodeus_midi_soundtrack_1.0.0.3_(58970).exe". If someone could let me know if they can download this I would appreciate it. I've had no luck.
That DLC installer file doesn't even exist in my library at all.

Yep, support just wrote back. They removed the MIDI DLC installer from my library. Somehow slipped through when I purchased the game. I'm guessing it was an add-on in earlier versions of the game, but now is integrated. I realized later I could just enable the MIDI soundtrack in-game and there was no need to install it.
