First title of this genre I've ever bought.
It's hard! But plenty of options and scope for changing difficulty levels, graphics etc. It looks very good at 1600 x 1200 :)
One major pointer - if you use a bluetooth keyboard (as I do), you will find the flipper response *very* frustrating. The milliseconds needed for your keyboard to communicate with the game are vital when it comes to pinball. I solved it by attaching a standard PS2 kb. A pain, but necessary.
