Everything seems to be running fine just constant cracking while the music is playing even on the menu. Seems to happen anytime a sound affect plays. Anyone else have this issue with Windows 10? Any ideas on a solution?

After messing around i decided to lower my monitors refresh rate from 144hz to 120hz and this fixed the issue any ideas why this issue is happening at 144hz and not 120hz

Same issue...also with 144hz. Changing the music quality does not work as everything is way too fast and you cannot select anything....but as you also had this issue and found a solution, it must be the hz.

I can confirm, this still works as of today.

I have an issue with the sound as well, in both Big Race USA and Fantastic Journey. It sounds like it's way too loud and distorted. As if someone tried to remaster the music and pushed the sound way too high and now there's this nasty overdrive in it, regardless of how low I turn the volume. Anyone else have this and is there maybe a fix for this? Compare this with the OST on YouTube, the difference is pretty huge.
