Hello,

I saw the exact same guard beating to death three low security prisoners when they were inconscient!
We must be able to stop and arrest guards, and put them in jail for their hideous crimes too.
Nobody is above the law!

Did you mark "Staff Needs" on? Your Staff would kill prisoners because you are not fulfilling their needs (Pee, Food, Rest, Entertainment)
