I have a max security prisoner who seems to be getting injured inexplicably, presumably he's doing it to himself. He falls unconscious, gets taken to hospital, is all healed up and after a day or two, he is injured AGAIN. No one has attacked him. Do you get self harming prisoners in PA and what do you do about them?

Do you have a psychiatrist on staff?

Have you bothered to have them (and their cell) searched? - good chance of drugs / booze.

Yes, I think I tried all kinds of things including locking him down (and searching), it didn't seem to turn up anything. I do have a psychiatrist on staff.

The prisoner seems to have stopped injuring himself now though! Oh, the strange things that happen in PA... keeps me hooked on the game, I guess!

Yup - just hit the 123 hour mark today (thats just on steam in the last year - have also d/ld the introversion ...version... for portable / offline play and racked up scores of hours on that too). Still pants at it tho! ;D

First time I ever played I had a guy injure himself. Not knowing what to do I stuck him in solitary until I could get a doctor on site, which took several days. He wasn't very happy but he hasn't been a problem since.

Now it's spreading!!! My max security prisoners seem to injure themselves and there are no drugs or anything to be found on them/their cells. Not sure what to do, but they don't end up dying since they are usually taken to the infirmary once they fall unconscious!

Not sure sticking them in solitary is the best thing to do, but I might try that next time.
