Does anyone know if I can transfer my saves from the version of the game that's downloaded from the Introversion site directly?

I decided to support the company again by getting the game here on GOG as well, since it's currently on sale, but I don't want to risk corrupting my current progress somehow...

If it's possible to transfer the saves, does anyone know which folder I move them from and which I move them to?

Thanks in advance!

Presuming windows, check here for the saves: C:\Users\Cyrus\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect\saves

As to compatability, if its the latest version then I doubt you'll have issues - though I dont see why you'd want to buy the same game again to play it again - why not just buy somebody it as a gift?! O____o

Thanks, I'll take a look. :)

And the same reason I'll repurchase games that previously were only on STEAM: ease of my access.

I won't punish a Dev for offering a DRM-free version as an Alpha or Beta, but if it's on a fair price here post-release I don't mind paying a bit more than "full" price in the end.

(Though, generally, I just don't purchase something if they release on STEAM but not GOG. *shrugs*)
